Revealing the International |
Sky Dance |
The
trees
have made their return to Ashford. The woodland has grown once more. As
the final trees appear in Elwick Square on a summer’s
afternoon, nature is encouraged to lay claim to its woodland space.
At the same time, from locations near and far, an international collective of young dancers are brought together, swiftly by fast rail links, they talk and collaborate, they exchange ideas, sharing their dance and choreography talents. As evening approaches, and as nature takes over the woodland, the collective performs at dusk. The Sky Dance is revealed. |
